Either. Share → Copy link may give you a short fb.watch URL or a full watch link. Both resolve to the same public video.
Can I download from a private group?
No. Only public Page posts, public profile uploads, and reels you can open without joining a group.
Facebook reels vs long videos?
Reels copy as facebook.com/reel/… URLs. Longer uploads often use watch/?v=…. Paste whichever format Share provides.
